Our Mission at Joshua Butler Elementary School is to promote learning in an atmosphere of trust, understanding, and respect.
Pre-K and Kindergarten parents were invited to participate in an activity on how to utilize choice with their child. The parents were taught Conscious Discipline I Love You rituals by their children and everyone was able to listen to the Conscious Discipline book Sophie’s Choice.
As a culminating activity to their unit on Charlotte’s Web, third graders created “Save Wilbur” shirts and shared county fair style snacks, including cotton candy, candied apples, and popcorn. Special thanks to Mrs. Percle and the PTO for providing the candied apples and popcorn.
